THE NOMNOMGRAM!

  • The food Quality at Arirang House is just so fresh and deliciously awesome! Every time I go there they never seize to disappoint me and the food is always consistent with quality AND quantity! I love their traditional gold bowls that they serve with. They are actually really really heavy! I love it when Korean restaurants serve the purple rice instead of white rice because it just adds a little bit of extra brownie points for effort!
  • The Service here is reaally good! They're so friendly and always really polite. They don't hassle you like restaurants do and they are always readily available! The food doesn't take very long to prepare and its really cool because they have a little Sushi bar? where they prepare all their fresh Sashimi and sushi dishes and the chef is very presentable and it gives it that extra touch!
  • The Pricing of the food is pretty decent. You're paying good money for good quality food! Each dish is probably around $15 or less, which isn't tooooo bad!
  • The Quantity of the servings here are quite generous... Lets just say you will be happy and content if you just get a dish for yourself =) They also have side dishes too (Banchan) so you get a good variety of different things here and there! WOOT for variety!

**Side notes:

I am a MASSIVE Korean food fan and this place
just hits me in the feeels every time I go! As
strange as it sounds, I always go here for the Salmon
and Avocado salad. They just have the best dressing
and its so fresh and deliciousssss! *drools
I haven't explored their menu as much as I should so I
definitely will go back and try their soups
(my favourite WOOT) and also their KBBQ too!

I love the atmosphere of this place because it's in
a traditional looking house and the interior has
been designed flawlessly and all the artefacts and
paintings look absolutely amazing and with the
presentation of the food and what not, it just gives a
different feel as compared to other places!

Hope you have a GREAT day! and don't forget to smileeeee!

THE NOMNOMGRAM!

  • The Quality of the food is alright. I reckon the restaurant is really hyped up and the food is pretty mediocre, nothing really like OMG WE MUST GO HERE AND TRY IT! type of thing… but if you've never been there then yes you should go try it haha especially the pancakes, hence PANCAKES on the rocks =) my favourite is Strawberry Fields! Stacked fluffy fresh pancakes topped with fresh cut strawberry drizzled with strawberry topping and a dollop of whipped cream or vanilla icey cream!
  • The Customer Service here is pretty good. The franchise is very popular so I guess they have a level of standard and also because they have lots of tourists eating there (its a massive hype overseers, i have no idea why) and so they have be presentable. Lets just say if you need assistance you'll find someone readily available =)
  • The Pricing of the food is pretty expensive, in relation to the quality and the proportions, its pretty expensive for the food here. I think going here is more like a "been there done that", ticked off the bucket list. Not really my ideal "go to" restaurant.
  • The Quantity of the food here is very normal? I guess. A crepe meal, lets just say, is average $16? and the proportions are pretty much what it looks like in the photo above. If you're hungry, and want a good proportion of food, this is not your type of place to go to haha. Although the Pork Rib, is HUGE but it is around $35… so.. it's up to you really haha

**Side Notes:
This place, for me, has always been one of
those "go to" places for birthdays? When I
was in high school, this place was pretty
popular. I think its cause its got a pretty
good variety of food and when you're younger
you don't know whats good haha if its more
expensive than fast food we assume its really
good quality food!

The food here isn't very consistent which is
a pet peeve for me and also, I'm sorry but
the photos in the menus are really deceiving!
It looks really good in photos but the last time
I went, one of my friend got the Chicken and
Mushroom crepe and they browned the
absolute crap out of the crepe itself and it just
looked soggy and unappetising.. on the UPSIDE
they are open 24/7! well the ones in the city
are so… late night munchieeees! If you don't
want Maccas at night hahaha.

Now that I'm off uni and i'm not working as much, I'll be getting may act together and start blogging more!

Hope you have a GREAT day/night and don't forget to smileeee!
